In no event shall finconsult's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to finconsult for the services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. finconsult reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Force Majeure

finconsult shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement
